Payment Terms

You can choose from 3 payment methods.

・Time of delivery

The product will be shipped within about one week after the payment is confirmed.
(We need to confirm information of shipping. and packing the product in wooden box)

If shipment is delayed we will contact you.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from our shop, We cannot accept your request of return / replace the item and refunds.
If you do not agree with this, then you are expressly prohibited from using our shop and you must discontinue use immediately.
This is the situation of the private import.We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Warranties

The warranty covers defects of the product for one year limited from the purchase.
If it breaks down during the guarantee period,the repair fees will be free.
If anything happens to the item, please notify to us by email.

The customers are to pay all the postage / Wooden box packing / Customs and duty(include import consumption tax) for sending and receiving the products for repair.

In addition,There is a possibility that it will get more damaged in during round-trip transportation with China.

We are not responsible for any trouble and damage during transprtation.
We will insured the transprtation insurance on equivalent of goods cost of invoice.
However,It is necessary to negotiate with the carrier on your own.

If you want to use the repair warranty,You need to pay the expensive cost than the product fee.
and,There is a possibility that it will get more damaged in during transport.

This is the situation of the private import.

Quality and price of products

Our products are mass-produced aying a more careful attention in China factory.
However, not a high-end quality guitar.
Of course, it is level there is no problem to use. However,There is a case in which a small scratches and small painting defect. and There is a case in which there are some deficiencies on finish of fretboard and fret.
We always keep in mind to improve. Please you will order after understanding it.

Our poroducts are not marine transport by some hundreds pcs in container at the same time. Our products are air transport as personal imports one by one. Because,We still do not have overseas distributor.
Item price include cost of domestic transport charge in China, air shipping charge, and packing of the wooden box charge.
These costs total is about US$300 (average).

If we found distributors in each countries in future, The price might change. Because,sale price is left to distributors and retail stores.

Strings

The strings that are attached at the factory,it is use for adjustment and inspection. Strings quality is not guaranteed.
There may be some rust ,dirt and distort on the strings. and There is a risk the string is broken at the time of transport.
After arrival, we recommend that it is replaced immediately to your favorite one.

Packing method

We will make sure to put products into wooden box with care, so they won't have any damages during its transportation.
.Packing method is different [ in case of Soft-case only ] or [ in case of with Hard-case].

・In case of Soft-case only

(1) PVC fret guard attached to strings.
(2) The guitar into thin styroform bag, Folded thicker that protect for head-stock.
(3) Adding small styroform put to body-end.
(4) Put in the Soft-case.
(5) Put the Goods (Strap,Pick,Cloth,Cable,tool) in the pocket of Soft-case.
(6) Wrapped around air cushion to Soft-case.
(7) Put in a wooden box with packing materials.

・In case of with Hard-case

(1) PVC fret guard attached to strings.
(2) Small EVA sheet attached to head-stock and edge of body-end use masking tape.
(3) The guitar into thin styroform bag, Folded thicker that protect for head-stock.
(4) Put in the Hard-case. ( There are cases of adding packing materials )
(5) Put the Goods (Strap,Pick,Cloth,Cable,tool) in the pocket of Soft-case.
(6) Wrapped around air cushion to each Soft-case and Hard-case.
(7) Put in a wooden box with packing materials.

After arrival, Please disposal of packaging materials.
Please promptly remove the masking tape to secure EVA sheet.
